Manufacturer's Description
Volume calibration syringes are designed for testing and calibrating flow measurement devices. These calibration syringes are manually operated by actuating the piston rod in and out of the cylinder assembly. The outlet port of the syringe assembly is attached to the device under test. The calibration syringe when actuated displaces known volumes of air into the flow device. The operator compares the calibration syringe volume with the flow measurement system to determine accuracy. Applications range from spirometry, pulmonary function and respiratory research.
Condition & Testing
Unit is in good cosmetic and tested working condition with normal signs of wear from previous use. Minor scrapes on exterior paint. The end of the tube is cracked by the pump side but does not effect the function or design of the pumping action. Solid and well built, lots of life left. Smooth pumping action. Overall, a pretty good deal!
